Please complete the online form below to register for youth camp.
NOTE: In order to complete your registration, you will also need to:
1) Complete the Student/Parent Consent and Health History Form*
2) Submit Payment* online to complete registration.
*Links to these are in STEPS 2 & 3 below the online registration form
Full or half payment must be made to hold your teen's spot for camp. Registration form below must also be completed online. Due to safety precautions related to COVID-19, everyone MUST pre-register. NO day of registrations or walkups. Download, print, and complete the Health, Medical & Consent Form Packet and bring those to registration day.

2) Every teen and adult MUST have "The Pit" Waiver Form completed at registration: The Pit Waiver under 16 The Pit Waiver 16 & older
3) Then print the forms, complete and bring them with you on Registration Day June 16th.

2 campers full payment = $200.00
2 campers 1/2 payment = $100.00 (ONLY if church pays 1/2)

Camp Wesley began in 1947 and is an interdenominational holiness campground located in Mooresville, North Carolina. Our camp and facilities are available for rental.
